Ynys Llanddwyn in January

Hello, for those that don’t know me I am a collie who loves going on the beach.

Living in North Wales, there are many beaches to choose from, but the beach at Ynys Llanddwyn don’t allow dogs in the summer so I have to visit in the winter months.

Although as you can see from the photos I was very lucky with the weather with virtually no clouds in the sky.  An early start meant not many other people on the beach so I could enjoy my aerobie time without fear of other dogs stealing it.

There is St Dwynwen’s Church which is in ruins, but still nice to walk around.  Last time I visited there were wild ponies grazing around the church, they were no where to be seen this time.

After a two hour walk it was time to come home, but it is good to be reminded that a beach dog is a happy dog, and summer will be here before you know it.
